RMA20 - the peak national event for rural and remote doctors of Australia.
Hosted by the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Rural Doctors Association of Australia (RDAA), Rural Medicine Australia (RMA) attracts a diverse and collaborative community of junior doctors, students, educators, academics, and medical practitioners who are passionate about generalist medicine in rural and remote communities.
RMA20 will be held at The Crowne Plaza in the beautiful Hunter Valley, Lovedale from Thursday 29 – Saturday 31 October 2020, with pre-conference courses and our popular Welcome Reception on Wednesday 28 October 2020.
The Advanced Life Support Level 1 is a one-day course aimed at providing the candidate with the skills and knowledge to manage a patient in the immediate period of crisis. It includes the recognition, assessment and immediate management of a deteriorating patient. It is designed for healthcare professionals with limited or infrequent exposure to crisis events requiring advanced life support.
